How would you create a link that triggers a tab from the outside of the main tab container? I'm not sure how to use the JS code you provided above. And simply linking to the #anchor doesn't work.

Hey, great plugin! I’m using it for a current project right now. But i’m having an issue in Opera. The last tab goes below all the rest. and when i navigate through the tabs, it also moves around as i click. Would anyone know what’s causing this?

Yes, I think that’s not really correct too. But read Sean’s comment (May 23rd, 2007 at 3:17 pm). As I guess the initial behavior of the script was the very that you and me assume, but was ‘fixed’ in next versions.

Sorry for the ultra newbie question, but I’m still rather green on css. My page displays fine in Firefox (big surprise) but the positioning in other browsers is off. What is happening is that the contents of the tabs are being shifted way to the right when a tab is clicked on. Ive tried adjusting the padding, margins and positionings on various elements, but im not getting much love. If someone could point me in the right direction here, I would be most appreciative. Working model can be seen at http://www.hinsdaleunitarian.org/kctest/kcmockup.html . I’m not sure if the css file will download, so if not, email me off forum and I can send that as well. Thanks in advance for any help.

Thanks a lot for this great plugin, but i have a question
How to make an ajax tabs load into some other div? Not each tab for each div, but one div with particular id for all tabs. This sounds easy, but I cannot find a place where i should add this inside tabs code.
I only managed doing copy&empty – but there is side effect – that default div appears for a second in IE.

Besides onShow doesn’t execute at the first time – when default ajax tab is loaded.

Thank you for your tab.
i want to ask you a problem about radio button in IE7.
i had added a group of radio button in every tabs.
when the radio button had not been checked(by default) ,there are no problems.
but when a radio button had been checked(by default),thera are some problems.
when a tab where a radio button had been checked(by default) is shown, the radio button’s checked flag would lose!!

Hi,

Have a quick question, I am writing some Rails app with AJAX calls through prototype helpers a’la “link_to_remote” one of the partials I am getting back contains tabbed pane, however I can not see it under the correct ‘updated’ div
as it seems that JSs are disliking each other :((
Could anyone give me some clue how to resolve it ?
